Dennis A. Fordham is a State Bar Certified Specialist in California Estate Law, including Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law.

Mr. Fordham has the following degrees: B.A., Columbia University (New York); J.D., State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law; and LL.M. in Federal Tax Law from New York University (NYU) School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in California & New York States, and is admitted to the federal district court in Santa Rosa, California, and the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Fordham is a director of the Northern California Chapter of the National Association Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”), a member of the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council (REEPC) of Santa Rosa, California, and a trustee of the Lake County Law Library. He is also a member of the Lakeport Rotary Club. Mr. Fordham authors a regular Column appearing in the Record-Bee and Lake County News online that discusses topic in estate planning and administration.
